Spill-CAT is a range of dry catalytic powders designed to absorb and degrade CWAs and toxic chemicals.
What is the Kill Drum?
The Polycat Kill Drum is a portable CWA disposal and transport system. It comes pre-filled with Spill-CAT and is ready to use.
How does it work?
CWA Disposal — Agent can be transferred into the drum directly via the non-spill Stäubli con-nector. The agent is then readily absorbed and degraded by the Spill-CAT powder.
Transport — The Kill Drum can be used to hold contaminated or leaking shells. Once loaded in the drum, the Spill-CAT powder absorbs an degrades any loose agent, thus providing a quick and safe method for transport.
Why use the Kill Drum?
• Effective — Spill-CAT is able to degrade a wide range of CWAs at levels >99 %.
• Safety — A CBRN gas filter is fitted inside the drum, ensuring any off-gassing is treated before release.
• Contained waste — Solid by-products allow waste to be kept contained inside the drum.
• Customisable — The Kill drum is available in standard drum sizes up to 210L (55 gal).
