AREIS – Aerial Remote Explosives Initiation System

AREIS (Aerial Remote Explosives Initiation System) is a compact, dual-safe, modular fusing solution designed for UAS-deployed munitions across both ordnance-drop and kinetic one-way (kamikaze) mission profiles. Built around a lightweight 3D-printed nose cap with a custom CB, it bridges the critical safety gap between improvised field methods and high-cost military hardware - and fits a wide range of standard munitions without platform modification.

A six-position programmable IR sensor dial provides adjustable detonation distances from three meters to direct contact, while multi-layered physical interlocks - including Remove Before Flight pins, Fly-Away lanyards, and manual toggle switches - ensure maximum ground-handling security. NDAA compliant, mass producible, and made in the USA.
