SCOPE
Provide support services in 23 functional areas, to include Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. Users who may compete their service requirements on SeaPort-NxG include Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC). Mountain Horse Solutions is dedicated to continuing a strong partnership with the U.S. Navy, along with working closely with its small business partners. Mountain Horse is committed to allocating at least 20% of total planned subcontracted dollars to Small Disadvantaged businesses, Women-Owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and SDVOSB small businesses.
